Cindy Hart is responsible for managing and directing Ramos Roofing’s estimating functions. She provides estimates for various commercial roofing projects along the Denver front range to include both flat membrane systems as well as steep slope shingle and tile applications. We provide estimates for ground up construction, re-roofs and repairs as well as tenant improvement. Cindy is knowledgeable with government policies and regulations related to the roofing industry.

Day to day responsibilities include creation and review of requests for estimate evaluations, preparation of weekly bid schedule, maintenance of bid estimates to ensure completion, review all completed estimates prior to submission, cost analysis, and creation and communication of departmental reports.

Cindy has been with Ramos Roofing since May 2012.
