Alfredo Rámos Sr. has demonstrated commitment, excellence, and gained extensive experience while working on residential and commercial contracts through his roofing industry career.

Alfredo Rámos Sr. began his work in the roofing industry starting in 1969 in New Mexico. Alfredo Sr. started his career and worked from 1969 until 1974 as a field labor employee for Goodrich Roofing Inc., a company based in Albuquerque, NM that has been in the industry since 1946. Rámos Sr. then became employed with Doyle Roofing Masters, Inc until 1979. These years of experience served to prepare Rámos Sr. for his work with B & M Roofing Inc. (Fort Collins, CO. / Boulder, CO.) in 1979 as installation foreman/field supervisor. Rámos worked with B & M Roofing Inc. from 1979-2002.

Cindy Hart is responsible for managing and directing Ramos Roofing’s estimating functions. She provides estimates for various commercial roofing projects along the Denver front range to include both flat membrane systems as well as steep slope shingle and tile applications. We provide estimates for ground up construction, re-roofs and repairs as well as tenant improvement. Cindy is knowledgeable with government policies and regulations related to the roofing industry.

Day to day responsibilities include cration and review of requests for estimate evaluations, preparation of weekly bid schedule, maintenance of bid estimates to ensure completion, review all completed estimates prior to submission, cost analysis, and creation and communication of departmental reports.

Cindy has been with Ramos Roofing since May 2012.

Jolene oversees the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsiblities for support tasks within accounting, estimating, project management, information technology, recruiting and training employees.

Phil is responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, int he safest and most cost effective manner. Inspects work in progress, maintains communication with owner and management about important issues related to job progress. Responsible for managing crews to ensure that projects move in the proper direction safetly and profitably. Ensures work is done on schedule, within budget, and with the quality and workmanship expected by industry standards. Meets daily with project leads to discuss project requirements, safety hazards, and resource requirements.

Ismael works under Ramos’ project managers to ensure roofing projects are completed on time and within budget. Ismael responsibilities include making sure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently, develop time lines, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.

Elite Senior foreman for The Ramos Roofing Company for over ten years. Extensive experiene in built-up roofing, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and roof coating. He has completed projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $4,000,000 projects.
